Stylish Lightweight Pot You Can Handle
January 27, 2013 by Robin Plaskoff Horton
Like ready-to-wear fashion for plants, Scheurich’s lightweight StylePot, a tear-resistant UV-resistant textile planter, has a rigid plastic insert with drainage holes that, if desired, can be closed with specially-fitted plugs during indoor overwintering.
When the weather warms up again and the StylePot goes outdoors, the plugs can get “parked” under the bottom of the pot, keeping them from getting lost.
For easy transport, the two handles connect with a hidden cord which draws up from the bottom, making it easy to grab the pot from the top while it remains supported from below.
Winner of the Interior Innovation Award 2013 at IMM Cologne.
