Every Sip Plants a Tree

Go ahead, get inebriated for the common good. Every time you drink a Treetini, a tree gets planted. The Treetini is a martini made with VeeV acai spirit. The recipe changes seasonally in a commitment to use local and organic ingredients as much as possible.
The program, developed by Live It Green, plants trees on a quarterly basis and a third-party entity monitors them using both on-site staff and GPS locators. Initially, Live It Green made a commitment to plant trees in Tamil Nadu, India, an area ravaged by monsoons and in dire need of reforestation, where they were able, in a very short period of time, to plant thousands of trees. They now change the planting location throughout the year to ensure planting will always be carried out where it’s most needed.
Initially, Live It Green asked their friends at Chicago restaurant, Uncommon Ground, one of the greenest restaurants in the country, to launch the concept and they agreed. The drink is now available at restaurants in Dallas, New York City, Miami, San Diego, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas.
