My Dirt du Jour newsletter arrived today with this wonderful live video feed of a mother owl sitting on her eggs. While her mate, McGee , is out hunting food for her, mama owl Molly warms her chicks inside this owl box. Pretty sure at least one baby owlet, Max, was hatched recently.
Turn up your sound, and watch for a bit–you’ll see her turn the eggs every now and then!

I live in the same County and I’ve been watching the Owl Cam. I set the feed to full screen on my laptop and put it on top of my printer so that I can watch it out of the corner of my eye while I work on my desktop.
It’s oddly mesmerizing.
