Landscape of New Media at Garden Bloggers Conference
August 26, 2013 by Robin Plaskoff Horton
Garden bloggers, brands, and leaders from the garden and landscape design industry will be descending on Atlanta September 22-24 for first annual Garden Bloggers Conference–and I am honored to have been invited to speak on a panel with three stellar bloggers whom I greatly admire:
Black Slats in Rochelle Greayer’s garden.
Rochelle Greayer
Studio G
Rochelle is a landscape designer and the creative mind behind her blog Studio G as well as Co-Founder of the gorgeous Leaf Magazine. Her past careers have included Physicist Rocket Scientist, Pizza Maker, and Literary Agent Assistant. Rochelle can be seen with black slats in her garden.
Hello Dahlia, Matt Mattus on August as the start of Dahlia season.

Growing With Plants
When Matt is not at his day job as Creative Director at Hasbro dreaming up high concepts (think My Little Pony and Transformers the Movie), he is busy as internationally known plantsman, author, visual designer and trend consultant–and the blogger behind the popular blog, Growing with Plants.
Greenhouse transformed into a dinging room, shared by Michelle Slatella on Gardenista.
Michelle Slatella
Gardenista
Michelle is Editor-in-Chief of Gardenista, the visually and otherwise addicting site she created in 2012 for Say Media. Although Gardenista is her first foray into Internet publishing, Michelle is the co-author with her husband of the nonfiction computer hacker thriller Masters of Deception: The Gang That Ruled Cyberspace. Michelle was previously a weekly columnist for the New York Times, a lifestyle columnist for Time Magazine, and Real Simple’s monthly etiquette columnist.
