Fourth of July Garden-to-Glass Cocktails On London Rooftop Garden
July 2, 2015 by Robin Plaskoff Horton
Our American friends in London–and our British friends too, because without you we wouldn’t be celebrating–can fête the Fourth of July sitting around the fire pit at the Midnight Apothecary, a cool pop-up cocktail bar in the secret rooftop garden of London’s Brunel Museum.
The Cocktail Gardener, Lottie Muir, blends her knowledge of botany with her mixology skills to create wonderful alcoholic prescriptions infused with flowers and herbs from the garden or foraged close by.
In honor of the holiday, guests are invited to cuddle up and watch the sun set over the river, toast marshmallows, listen to birds, insects, and other local musical talent, while Lottie serves up Independence Day themed garden-to-glass cocktails and S’mores.
